Many of us ordered OCS 4-64 class rings from the "Balfour" Ring Company and with that came a LIFE TIME WARRANTY! I was not aware of that until recently, however many of you may have been. Any way, let me tell you my story and it may help some of you: Over the years the Blue stone in the center of my class ring had become chipped and really looked bad. Someone in my office said that Balfour rings have a life time warranty. I then went to their web site and contacted them. I explained that I would appreciate it if they would polish the stone for me and I was instructed to mail it to them (insured) and they would correct it for me. Well - - - after some 30 days, I received it back in the mail and to my surprise, they had re-manufactured my ring and replaced it for FREE. They said it was badly worn (obviously) and so they simply re-manufactured it. It is absolutely brand new to include my signature on the inside just like back in 1964!
